Ginventory ("Company" or "We") respects and appreciates the many gin producers all over the world. We expect the same from our users.
Please read this User Agreement (together with Ginventory’s “Privacy Policy”) carefully before using our website and our app.
When using any of our Services you consent to the license grant and code of conduct as described in this User Agreement.

By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, copy, distribute, publish, perform, sublicense, and create derivative works from all non-personally identifiable submissions you provide to us, in any media now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, third party websites and feeds, and including after your termination of your Account or the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights to grant such licenses to us without infringement or violation of any third party rights, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
You may not rate or review any Gin or Tonic if you possess or invested in the production company. If you are an affiliate of a producer you may not rate products of that producer.
Malicious ratings of competitor products is strictly prohibited and grounds for account termination. Defamation, whether tied to competitors or not, is strictly prohibited. Reviews or posts deemed to be defamatory, may be brought to our attention and deleted.
A product rating sufficiently below or above a product’s average and with no reasonable explanation and/or comments may be considered abusive. Any user contribution that appears false or fabricated may be challenged and/or deleted.
We trust that our reviewers will make reasonable assessments of the conditions under which they review products for our site. Sometimes a product is damaged or has suffered from extreme environmental damages, which can make judgment of a product unfair.
(Most) Gin producers spend a lot of time and love crafting their products, please take this into account when rating any product in our app.
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at www.ginventory.co/terms
If we make a change to these Terms that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an @Ginventory update or email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised User Agreement.
